Hackney Central
Oya worked with a leisure agent in East London to help complete a 750 sqft property, outside Hackney Central station. The Host required a lease assignment as their property had been on the market for five months.
Through their platform and social media marketing efforts, Oya scheduled and conducted eight viewings in the first two weeks with the agent.

We have worked with Oya for a few years now and they are very professional. Ashley, Tom and the team have provided some good tenants for our pub and are pragmatic about making things work for both sides.

Thinking about licencing your kitchen? Take a look at our FAQ's for more information.
What documents do I need to supply?
We’ll need a copy of your current insurance policy and any other relevant health and safety certificates.
What’s a Licence to Occupy?
A Licence to Occupy is the agreement between you (the kitchen) and the food vendor. It is a legal contract that outlines the terms of engagement and what is expected from both parties.
What happens if my kitchen or equipment gets damaged?
1) As long as all the equipment is serviced, checked and in working order when the licence period starts, the food vendor is responsible for the maintenance or repair of such equipment after 30 days. For the first 30 days, you’re responsible. 2) We also hold a damage and cleaning deposit in case of any discrepancies once the licence period has ended and the food vendor has checked out.
Who’s responsible for utilities?
Gas, Electricity, Water, WIFI, Waste Removal and Pest Control are agreed by the Host. If you want to charge utilities separately, a separate kitchen metre is recommended, please let us know during kitchen sign up.
How much money could I make?
The licence fee prices are determined by the size, equipment, condition and location of the kitchen. Monthly kitchen licences are typically between £1,000 and £5,000 per month. Don’t forget, if you have space for dine in customers you may receive a percentage of the dine in sales too.
Can I licence part of my kitchen?
Yes! The ability to do a shared licence is dependant on the size of the kitchen, your working hours and space available.
